General comments
Dosering cefazoline aanpassen aan het gewicht: > 80 kg is de dosering 2g/ dosis en bij >120 kg 3g/dosis
Bij perforatie/spill: cefazoline 1 g iv + metronidazol 500 mg iv éénmalig preoperatief; gevolgd door: cefuroxim 3 dd 1500 mg iv + metronidazol 3 dd 500 mg iv, gedurende 5 dagen.
