General comments
In combinatie met verbetering speekselafvloed.
Naast S. aureus zijn ook vaak anaerobe micro-organismen betrokken bij een bacteriele parotitis. Bij onvoldoende respons, overweeg toevoegen metronidazol naast flucloxacilline.
